AI Literacy Certification

Build the AI Fluency Your Entire Organization Needs

AI fluency is no longer a technical skill. It is a baseline competency — one that every professional in your organization needs, regardless of role, title, or technical background.

The AI Literacy Certification is an eight-hour, trainer-delivered program that raises the floor for your entire workforce. Not by overwhelming participants with technical detail, but by giving them the foundational understanding, critical evaluation skills, and practical confidence to work alongside AI — and to ask the right questions when it matters most. This training is developed by Capala Consulting Group, LLC in partnership with Eolas Labs.

This is the course that grounds the system. Because alignment across an organization starts not at the top, but at the foundation — with every professional sharing a common language, a common framework, and a common confidence in what AI is, what it isn’t, and what it demands of the people working alongside it.

Built by practitioners and engineered to Bloom’s Taxonomy, the AI Literacy Certification ensures that learning transfers to the workplace — not just the classroom.

Eolas Labs is an operating system for enterprise AI — the first full-vertical AI curriculum designed to run every level of an organization on the same capability framework. From the C-suite to the build team. From awareness to implementation.

Founded by practitioners with combined expertise spanning AI education, Fortune 500 transformation, and global clinical research, Eolas Labs builds organizations that don’t just use AI — they lead it. Every tier of the Eolas curriculum is engineered to Bloom’s Taxonomy, ensuring that training transfers to the workplace rather than evaporating the moment someone leaves the room.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Understand AI and how it works
Explore the foundations, history, types, and core components of AI — building the baseline knowledge every professional needs to engage with AI confidently and critically.

  • Recognize AI in your everyday work
Identify where AI is already present in your professional environment — including the tools, platforms, and processes you use daily — and understand its role and implications.

  • Evaluate AI outputs with confidence
Apply structured critical-thinking frameworks, including the FACT and CARE frameworks, to assess AI-generated content — identifying hallucinations, limitations, and appropriate use cases.

  • Navigate the ethics and impact of AI
Understand the ethical dimensions of AI use, including bias, privacy, accountability, and social impact — and develop the judgment to act responsibly in AI-enabled environments.
  • Apply AI tools effectively in your role
Select and use AI tools appropriate to your work, interact with them effectively, and apply best practices for prompt engineering and AI partnership in real professional contexts.

  • Communicate clearly about AI
Explain AI outputs, decisions, and implications to colleagues, leadership, and stakeholders — with accuracy, clarity, and appropriate confidence.

  • Stay informed as AI evolves
Build the habits and frameworks to keep pace with AI developments — adapting your knowledge and practice as the technology and its organizational implications continue to evolve.
